Mysl\u00edme n\u011bco opravdu mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9ho, celost\u00e1tn\u011b pozoruhodn\u00e9ho.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Zrekonstruovan\u00e1 budova Uheln\u00e9ho ml\u00fdna v&nbsp;are\u00e1lu \u0160roub\u00e1rny takov\u00e1 zcela jist\u011b je. Stavba z&nbsp;konce devaten\u00e1ct\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed slou\u017eila sv\u00e9mu p\u016fvodn\u00edmu \u00fa\u010delu a\u017e do roku 1965, kdy byla \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b p\u0159estav\u011bna, a&nbsp;d\u00e1l byla vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na jako sklad. V&nbsp;letech 2010 &#8211; 2012 ji spole\u010dn\u011b zrekonstruovali Michal Pe\u0159ina, majitel lib\u010dick\u00e9 truhl\u00e1rny LUGI, a&nbsp;zn\u00e1m\u00fd architekt Patrik Hoffman. Zda\u0159il\u00e1 rekonstrukce byla ocen\u011bna N\u00e1rodn\u00ed cenou za architekturu 2013, Grand Prix architekt\u016f. Budova dnes slou\u017e\u00ed jako v\u00fdstavn\u00ed a&nbsp;reprezenta\u010dn\u00ed prostor firmy LUGI a&nbsp;tak\u00e9 jako ateli\u00e9r Patrika Hoffmana.<\/p>\n<p>Mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fd v\u00fdznam tohoto projektu tkv\u00ed v&nbsp;tom, \u017ee dokazuje, jak je mo\u017en\u00e9 zch\u00e1tral\u00e9 industri\u00e1ln\u00ed centrum, are\u00e1l \u0160roub\u00e1rny, prom\u011bnit v&nbsp;kulturn\u00ed a&nbsp;inspirativn\u00ed m\u00edsto.
